Welcome to !BooPerFunK! Hair & that…home of the original Flexi Dread and The Fro!
Started in July 2005 by Booperkit Moseley, with basic but different hair.
The first hair I ever can be summed up by “why do you have an octopus on your head?”.
However, due to encouragement of a few good people I perserved. My original packages have undergone many transformations. My first packages were HUGE and as my shop was transparent from the outside they were transparent also for the back, causing many a poor customer to rezz a huge transparent box and not be able to see their purchase or anyone else to move in the store.

I have had a few stores over time, a free one at Pollyanna’s Ear (from which I never sold a single thing), a rental at Miru, and a couple in Cartmel, one in Shukran Fahid’s store, and another huge one that he built for me on joint land.

My packages have gone through a couple of style incarnations, and my skill at designing them has improved, along with my understanding of how important SIZE is. Whoever said size isn’t important was downright lying.
The first packages were straight up snapshots with hover text in them.
Later, I started adding text using Fireworks.

I then started to try a more sophisticated approach – but my love of colour kind of takes over skill.

My latest incarnation of a store needed new packages because of it’s theme.
The Store is a couple of rusty barrels – Shuk built them on my request.
The hair is sold in barrels too – a stroke of veritable genious if I dare say so myself.
